Include the make, model, year, vehicle location and whether a working key remains. A photograph of the current key can help. Please do not send identity documents in an initial enquiry.
For a spare, tell us whether you prefer an appointment near MParc in Carouge or a mobile visit. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment. We agree the meeting point, time and conditions directly with you.
Appointment or mobile visit?
The Carouge meeting point is available by appointment only. It is not a walk-in shop and is not operated by MParc. Do not travel until we have confirmed the exact location and time.
For a vehicle that cannot move, describe the parking location and access restrictions. We assess mobile service in the Geneva canton according to the car’s compatibility and our availability.
What we will confirm
We explain which key functions can be provided, what the quote includes and whether travel is required. Identification and proof of entitlement to the car will be checked before intervention.
Clés Auto Genève is operated by SOS Serrurier 24. The company’s administrative address is Rue de l’Athénée 22, 1206 Genève; this is not the Carouge appointment point.
